dc.description.abstract	The thesis provides insights into project management techniques catered to the requirements of production transfer initiatives. A key component of ensuring a seamless shift in operations from one site or manufacturing process to another in major organizations undergoing production transfer is project management. It entails painstaking preparation, involving stakeholders, and having a thorough awareness of the timing and intricacy of the project. Effective production transfers result in considerable cost reductions, increased productivity, and improved customer service. These transfers, however, easily backfire without sound project management, which could result in extra expenses, delays, and even the inability to achieve desired business outcomes.
