The purpose is to understand the market structure of Nigeria and to understand how IPCL has been able to cope amidst the changes of the market. The aims of this thesis is to determine how attractive the market is that IPCL is currently in, to give a general analysis of the company’s market in terms of strategy and financial and to determine its market situation using strategic models.hu_HU
