    Every person has right to live a life, free from; danger, fear, force, and disrespect. International Laws based on promotion of human rights, and security of person do allow all those effected persons to seek a peaceful place in another state or country to enjoy his life with freedom. Moving to another state is not always with the choice of the effected person, however he is compelled to leave a particular state of country, otherwise he will face repercussions of staying in his country. Mostly, this happens due to the disagreement or difference of opinion of a person with the pubic or government of his country on political or religious matters. There are two kinds of victims i.e., “Asylum Seeker” and “Refugees”, and they have not a very clear distinction between these two. This study will define the legal status, and rights and duties of them towards, and from the state or country they settled in.
