    Implementing Lean-BIM in Construction Management in Iraq: Insights and Future Opportunities

    This research investigates the awareness of BIM and LEAN in Iraq and focuses on enhancing construction management by utilizing that concept and technology to reduce waste, save time, and improve the whole construction management process. Through the research, Iraqi papers about BIM were analyzed to check the BIM situation and find LEAN awareness. In parallel with that process, a survey was conducted to highlight the main issues for the projects during the construction phase. Three pilot case studies were also conducted to investigate the contribution that BIM technology can provide for LEAN approaches and express their synergies.
