By integrating the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) framework, the study identifies key inefficiencies in academic and administrative processes and proposes data-driven strategies for continuous quality improvement. Empirical findings indicate that the implementation of Six Sigma significantly reduces process variability, enhances resource utilization, and improves stakeholder satisfaction.
