    The main purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of cultural diversity on business success among SMEs in Accra. To address the objective, the study seeks to ascertain the perception of employees on the nature of cultural diversity among SMEs in Accra; find out the factors that affect cultural diversity among SMEs in Accra; and determine the effect of cultural diversity on business success among SMEs in Accra.
