    The process of digitalization is progressively transforming the way business is carried out and how enterprises collaborate, latest trends for business transformation and organizational change, synchronizes business processes and integrate information technology leading to operational efficiency and innovation which contributes to overall business strategy. However, aligning technology and processes with people within the organization and the customers remains a challenge. The purpose of this thesis is to research what are the impacts that digital era has brought on to the world of modern businesses and projects. The research focuses on finding the connection between digital transformation in the industry, use of digital transformation in projects, and how business and projects are evolved during digital Era. During research main focus was to get some input from people who are working alongside digital appliances and get better understanding of their experience with digitization
