    Eu and Indonesia consumer protection policies for low financial literacy individuals

    This thesis examines the approaches of the European Union (EU) and Indonesia to consumer protection policies in financial matters, with a focus on areas such as credit agreements, misleading marketing, and predatory advertising. It examines how these policies affect individuals' financial literacy and their capacity to navigate complex financial products and prevent fraud. Furthermore, the study analyzes the extent to which the EU and Indonesia have implemented secondary protective measures to assist individuals with low financial literacy in mitigating financial challenges.
