    Financial Analysis of Magic Hotels

    The aim of this study is to analyse the financial behaviour of Magic hotels between the year 2016 and the year 2019 and compare it to the local market. Magic Hotels is a hotel chain company based in Tunisia and operating in 3 countries.The main focus of this thesis work will be the Tunisian branch of the company. During the work, we focused on the financial statements of the company. The comparaison was mainly done between the company and Tunisian market. Also, we will try to make some predictions for the financial behaviour of the company especially after the big crisis that the touristic sector is facing because of COVID-19. These predictions are made based on gloab data on the COVID-19 effect on the economy. The end result of this work is a detailed analysis of the company and some recommendations for the future.
