Hereby with this thesis, key aspects of licensing agreements on an international level have been introduced. The study, in this regard, puts an emphasize on the typical structure and common clauses of licensing agreements along with their advantages and disadvantages. Moreover, it examines the intellectual property rights which often subject to such agreements. Finally, applicable law issue, within an international context, has been examined.
