    The thesis is revising information regarding the pharmacological treatments of colonic neoplasms. It also includes etiology, epidemiology, pathophysiology, risk factors, preventions, diagnosis Main points of the pharmacological treatment of colon cancer are classified into chemotherapy and targeted therapy. Besides the pharmacological methods, surgical and radiation therapy are also mentioned. The most common and overwhelming disorder focused from the thesis is primarily colon cancer.
