As the economy grows steadily, fierce market competition, resource shortages and environmental damage have gradually become a new focus of government and business concerns. China is struggling to meet the challenges of the international environment with its labor force advantage alone, and as a result, Chinese companies are shifting to sustainable development. New energy vehicles have become the focus of strategic shifts and competition, and BYD's new energy vehicle sales are firmly at the forefront of the domestic auto market. However, there is still a gap compared to international auto giants. BYD's new energy vehicles are invincible only if BYD's strategic development model and mechanism are formed and sustainable industrial competitiveness is obtained. Therefore, this paper selects BYD's new energy vehicles for analysis, hoping to assess the competitiveness, development potential, and sustainability of BYD's strategy focusing on new energy vehicles by using the corporate strategic management model.
