This study defined a risk group for those who were more likely to develop depression and the connection between different types of physical activity and depression in T2DM adults during COVID-19. Stretching program is commonly used for releasing muscle tension and decreasing the pain. Meanwhile, the dry cupping therapy, as a popular Traditional Chinese Medicine method, is also widely used. Aim: The primary aim of this research was analyzing the effectiveness of dry cupping therapy applied together with the stretching program for decreasing the non-specific neck pain by releasing muscle tension around the neck region. We wanted to know if the program can improve the posture in neck and shoulder region or not.Nowadays, non-specified neck pain has become a major issue among the full-time university students. Stretching program is commonly used for releasing muscle tension and decreasing the pain. Meanwhile, the dry cupping therapy, as a popular Traditional Chinese Medicine method, is also widely used.
