    This thesis will primarily consider the meaning and use of the term “WORKERS”, within the parameters of the European Union and their rights according to the Legislations. There is little statements of the right of Labour’s family. There is a lot of case law that overlaps between the Labour function of the European Union. This thesis also contains the impact of the Brexit and what could be the consequences in the Labour Market.
