    My thesis is about the Analysis of Project Management Methods in a chosen company, Amazon. I introduced and highlighted E-Commerce and the different types of e-commerce. I also outlined in my thesis Amazon and everything related to it, such as when it was founded and how the idea came up, in addition to its founder and the different types of services Amazon offers. Another thing was analyzing the project management methods that differentiate Amazon from other e-commerce online platforms, such as the SWOT, PEST, Porter's Five Forces and the Product Life Cycle model, outlining all the internal and external factors and their impact on Amazon both negatively and positively. Lastly, a real-life questionnaire was made to analyse customer preferences and purchasing behaviour when buying and shopping from an online platform.
