    Advances in the past decades have turned Hodgkin lymphoma from a deadly disease into one of the best curable malignancies. However, this success in tumour control is associated with long-term toxicity and severe side-effects including cardiac toxicity and secondary malignancies.This underscores the need for further treatment reduction without jeopardising tumour control in early-stage Hodgkin lymphoma.
