It includes the consequences of untreated mental health. Suggestions on the possible ways to improve the mental health of medical students in Nigeria.

    The aim of this thesis is to highlight some of the history and types of herbs focusing more on St Johns worth, Dandelion, Gingko biloba, garlic and moringa. The chemical composition of these herbs were highlighted. The functions of these herbs in treating illnesses in ancient and modern times. The disadvantages and advantages of herbal remedies as a form of medicine and comparing in to the the western medicine. Understanding herb-drug interactions and herb-herb interactions to avoid worsened side effects.
