    A considerable proportion of hypertension cases tients are poorly controlled. Patients are having difficulty adhering to treatment plans completely due to the sode effects of the present therapeutic options. It is critical to investigate new pharmacological treatment methods with fewer severe side effects, and incorporating non-pharmacological methods alongside Complementary and Alternative treatment will also help in decreasing dosages required and thus less risk of side effects to help patients adhere to the treatments.
