    Novel drugs in the treatment of hypercholesterolemia

    My thesis focuses on different modalities to be explored in the treatment of hypercholesterolemia. Various new drugs include: Microsomal transfer protein (MTP) inhibitors, Inhibition of ANGPTL3, and Proprotein Convertase Subtilisin/Kexin Type 9 (PCSK9). This thesis is addressing the various types of new drug treatments as well as their mechanism of actions in terms of resolving this issue and controlling this disorder to achieve a better result.
