    Expense tracker platform using e-receipt system of Azerbaijan

    An expense tracker allows you to monitor and categorize your expenses across different merchants like restaurants, shops, cinemas, online stores and more. In Azerbaijan, government introduced a new E-Receipt system which all merchants are required to implement, and it lets customers to have their purchase receipts with a QR code on it. By scanning this QR code, customers can view digital versions of their receipts. The platform will utilise the web API of this system to record receipt data by just scanning QR code. Customers will have their personal accounts where they can see all their receipts and expenses, view charts and have a map view about where they spend money, and track prices of items over a date range.

    Peer-to peer item rental mobile app using Flutter and Firebase

    In the age of digital transformation, services that let users earn income by renting/sharing their properties are proven to have a successful business model. These services range from users renting their real estate, cars, to sharing their space in their transport as alternative to taxis. During my research, I have failed to discover such platform that lets users share their personal items, gadgets. So, I have come up with the idea of creating a mobile app to make this idea a reality. Leveraging technologies such as Flutter for app development and Firebase for robust data management, Rentodo is a cross-platform mobile application that offers users a peer-to-peer item rental platform. Users can list items they are willing to rent, and others can browse, request, and rent those items. To provide a community-based experience, different kinds of verification methods exist such as verifying friends, phone number verification, university email address verification and users can view other users’ items in 10-kilometer radius based on their location. To ensure continued operation of platform, I have incorporated a monetization strategy that involves display of advertisements within the specific pages of the app.
