    Minimally invasive surgery has been popular in medicine and dentistry, because of improvements in visualization technology. Due to the anatomical configuration of loss of bone and root structure, it is necessary to do surgical intervention to debridement root. Minimally invasive surgery with the improvement videoscope, even with relatively small incisions, nearly all areas of the root surfaces can be seen and reached, furthermore areas of calculus can be seen that are normally impossible to see with other methods of visualization. The modern minimally invasive surgical methods are highly suited to many regeneration approaches: the biologic agent such as EMD are easily placed through small access opening.periodontal surgical methods will advance to become more effective and minimally invasive.
