    Dendritic cell generation from induced pluripotent stem cells

    Dendritic cells were generated from mouse embryonic stem cells and mouse induced pluripotent stem cells. We compared the phenotypic difference of dendritic cells generated from 4 different cell types. Results showed that both ES and iPS cell-derived DCs and DC progenitors exhibited a similar cell surface expression of DC-specific cell surface markers.
