    This research report comprehensively investigates the intricate link between insulin resistance and obesity, addressing shared risk factors and emphasizing the importance of a combined approach involving lifestyle modifications and pharmacological interventions. The study reviews established treatments such as Metformin, GLP-1 receptor agonists, and weight reduction medications such Orlistat, and Phentermine-Topiramate.
