I decided to disclose the theoretical and practical problems arising in connection with the functioning of the institution of termination of a violated contract in German, French, American and English law and compare them between each other. The comparative analysis helped me to optimize the regulation of issues related to the consequences of terminating a violated contract in the law of different countries and to understand the nuances of the development of contract law in other countries. Summing up the above comparative analysis, the difference between the legal systems of different countries is not extensive. Due to the active development of judicial practice the law of different countries is much close to the unification than it used to be. However, there absolute dissapearance of the differences between the approaches to solve the problem of termination of violated contract in the law of different countries still does not exist.
