    In this thesis I attempt to show Britain’s European integration under the power of the Conservative Party. The term, integration, can be understood in the context of European Union: individual member states are united into a collective body, preserving their sovereignty. Sovereignty, as one of the main issues in concerning Britain’s European integration.
