    The effect of environmental regulation and property rights on economic growth and the relocation of industries

    The environmental problem is a global problem or will be transmitted to the global environment, which has significant impact on the economic growth. A clean environment can be considered as a natural resource to some extent. The pollution can also be viewed as renewable and nonrenewable components. However, the difference between environment and other natural resources is the absence of property rights. Therefore, property rights can be a key impact between the environmental pollution and economic growth.This thesis analyzes the relationship between environmental regulation and the industry relocation, combining with the theory of Environmental Kuznets Curve, applying to the situation in China and among different countries in the world.
