    Stakeholder management in infrastructure projects

    Stakeholder management is a very important part of infrastructure projects, it entails the process of correctly identifying all relevant stakeholders and engaging them. BIM/PM tools offer a more modern way to go about this engagement process. The results of this study shows the trend of a high adopting rate of these modern technologies in the scope of infrastructure projects. Increasing adoption rate across multiple infrastructure project categories indicates the upward trend of the adoption rate. The adoption of these technologies have been necessitated by the need for increased collaboration, efficient stakeholder management, progress monitoring and increased trust amongst the various stakeholders involved.Per the results of this study, the use of these modern technologies have significantly improved stakeholder collaboration and management whiles on the other hand making project information more available and accessible to all stakeholders.
