    Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) is a highly aggressive cancer with poor prognosis and limited treatments. This thesis reviews recent advances in pharmacotherapy, focusing on targeted therapies, immunotherapies, and emerging combinations. It discusses their mechanisms, clinical efficacy, and safety. The review also addresses challenges like drug resistance and highlights the need for personalized and combination therapies to improve outcomes.
