    ischemic heart disease is the leading cause at the present,this thesis demonstrates the risk factors of the disorders, possible ways to prevent it as well as the therapeutic aspects, including pharmacological and surgical treatments. the thesis main focus is on the new advances in the pharmacological therapy of ischemic heart disease, which are of a great advantage.
