    The introduction of visual management in the NAGÉV RÁCS Ltd. Company

    This paper presents the introduction of Visual management lean technique in the company named NAGEV RÁCS Ltd. Its aims are explaining and analyzing the nine main functions of Visual Management with the supports of four types of visual tools to increase the employees’ actual job performance of all processes in the company. In addition, the relationships between age, work experience, and difficulty with Visual Management application are examined and several suggestions and recommendations are given for improvements in the future. Finally, the actual application of visual tools into the company is analyzed with detailed meanings, benefits, and limits.
