    Polycystic Ovarian syndrome(PCOS) is a common heterogeneous endocrinopathy in women of reproductive age. It has an underlying hormonal imbalance, it usually affects both reproductive and metabolic functions. Management of women with PCOS is based on symptoms because there has been no cure discovered yet.The aim of this thesis is to review several databases (Cochrane, Science direct, PubMed) to evaluate impact of different dietary compositions on PCOS patients and to also compare the effects of diet with and without the combination of physical exercise.
