    The aim of this thesis is to present the different endocrine therapy agents that are currently used and approved for the treatment of breast cancer. These include selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERM), selective estrogen receptor down regulators (SERD), aromatase inhibitors (AI) and some novel drugs which are under investigation and currently in clinical trials.
