    Efforts will be made towards obtaining necessary information related to the topic of this research. Appropriate journals, research, articles, and working paper on the impact of behavioral factors in an organization, that is, Leadership, leadership styles, different behaviors, and factors determining leadership styles will be used. This research will also discuss different interpersonal communication, relevant theories, and how these behaviors can create an outstanding work environment.
