    emerging with brief introduction about history and development of nsaids, mechanism of action and classification,thesis was focusing mainly on the cardiovascular risk of the nsaids, and the selective nsaids in a higher extent, presenting the mechanism of action of the nsaids and pathomechanism of the side effects, and presenting most recent approaches regarding the cardiovascular risk, reviewing latest trials and meta-analysis in this regard.
