    Cardiovascular risk factors mean high risk on development of cardiovascular diseases. However, there are non-modifiable factors such as age, gender, positive family history that cannot be treated, most of the factors (for example hypertension, smoking, unhealthy lifestyle, diabetes, obesity) are modifiable which can be managed by life-style changes and medications as well. The earlier the risk factors are screened, the better chance we have for treatment
