    Consumer Protection from Vegetables Contaminated with Chemicals in Lao PDR

    The objectives of this study were to study the legals, principles, procedures, methods, problems and solutions about consumer protection from vegetables contaminated with chemicals. The questionnaires were distributed to 50 respondents and interviewed 6 officials from relevant parties and concluded through the documents and actions to protect consumers from vegetables contaminated with chemicals. The results of the study found that the legals and principles about consumer protection from vegetables contaminated with chemicals are sufficient in high level, the methods of consumer protection are consistent with the current situation and the problems in consumer protection from vegetables contaminate with chemicals were in high level. The legals were consistent, but it also had some difficulties because there were a few relevant authorities and the measure were not strict.
