    Corneal injury can be minor and sever.corneal trauma can be corneal abrasion,corneal perforation,corneal foreign body.different tdrugs can be consider for tratement of patiente to relive pain and reduce inflammation. Steroid anti inflammatory has low water solubility and penetration which can incorporate into nanosystem and usage of mucoadhesive polymer to pass over mucosa membrane .
