    This thesis contains an introduction to obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). It describes the treatment options for OCD, emphasizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and its implementation in OCD treatment. It then examines CBT's efficacy in treating OCD and compares its effectiveness to other treatment options.
