    This thesis consistently implemented along with the operation layers of a recycling facility, with the concern being on the layout restructuring, optimization waste flow, effectiveness in unloading, as well as quality assurance. As a result of structured diagnostics, field observations, and the use of evidence-based tools, project visual information system addressed the main bottlenecks through space constraints, the inconsistent nature of the driver behavior, the forklift-truck conflict, and the flow unpredictability.
