    This thesis summarizes various ways to treat cancer through gene therapy. Conventional treatments target only symptoms of the disease. In contrast, gene therapy targets the root cause. I believe it has a strong potential to treat cancer without serious side effects. In thesis, I explored various types of gene therapy.
