This disease is much more aggressive in elderly women than younger ones. Recently, the excellent minimal invasive surgery has improved the overall survival and progression free survival. Also comprehensive lymphadenectomy staging remains gold standard to discover metastasis. The aim is to understand the smoking attitude of Roma in Hungary and to explore the differences between them and the general population and to compare the trend to previous data. The prevalence of smoking is significantly higher and the support for tobacco preventive programs is lower in Roma population. There is no much change in their smoking behaviour comparing to previous data. The harmful smoking behaviour of Roma population is elucidated somewhat by their lower educational levels and their cultural belief of cigaretes
