    The main aim of my thesis is to compare the level of physical activity as well as obesityamong adolescents in the South African region and those in the European region. This ismainly because these two regions are different in their ways of living and i have looked into the way genetics, culture, diet and socioeconomic status affects their quality of physical activity. I have also looked into a few strategies carried out by both regions in order to moderate the obesity levels.
