    Our nowadays technologies, such as virtual reality, gives us a chance to see and discover buildings or places which are not available to public, partially or totally destroyed. The topic of this thesis is releated to reconstruction of the Hippodrome of Constantinople which was very important building for centuries. In this thesis, history of the Hippodrome of Constantinople and general description of the 3D visualization of the Hippodrome is presented. In the first chapter you will find information about virtual reality. In the second chapter you will find information about the Hippodrome of Constantinople. And in the third chapter you will find modelling process of the Hippodrome using 3DS Max and integration to virtual environment using Unity3D.
