    The purpose of this thesis is to describe the relationship between obesity and traditional Chinese culture and sleep quality. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part mainly describes the Chinese cultural background from the aspects of environmental factors and economic factors, low-quality diet, and lazy lifestyle. And the impact of obesity on the health of China population, and it explores the current status of China's only one-child families and the current state of childhood obesity due to Chinese policies. The second part investigates the quality of sleep in obese children. Low-quality sleep is more likely to cause obesity in children, and health problems are more likely to occur in low-quality sleep environments.
