Freetown's building materials market suffers from low-quality standards, leading to adverse effects such as inflation and delayed deliveries. This feasibility study investigates the potential for a new building materials retail business in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Using qualitative and quantitative methods, data was gathered through questionnaires and interviews. The study found a growing demand for building materials, a supportive regulatory environment, and projected significant profitability with over 30% net profit margins from year three onwards. The findings indicate that establishing this business would be viable and profitable.
