The main objective of this thesis is to build an e-commerce website for a gift shop that provides best shopping experience to customers, including recommending the products that match their needs based on the customers purchase history. This study derived from the profound importance of recommendation systems in improving the customer experience on one hand, and raising the sales and upsell of merchants and businesses on the other hand, in addition to personalizing the suggestions for each customer as it positively affects customers loyalty, retention and satisfaction. The thesis focused on applying some machine learning tools in addition to the selling statistics to suggest products. As a result, an e-commerce web application was implemented (in PHP, MySQL, and Pyhton with ML library "Tensorflow") to provide shopping functionalities and recommend products to users using a model that can predict similar items to the customer’s interests.Tétel Korlátozottan hozzáférhető A recipe finding web applicationAgbese, Gabriel; Vágner, Anikó; DE--Informatikai KarThe application is designed to be easy to use, with a simple interface that allows users to input their available ingredients. The application offers user authentication, allowing users to create accounts and save their favorite recipes for future reference. Firebase is used to store the user's favorite recipes securely and provide real-time data synchronization across all devices. Overall, the application provides a valuable tool for users who want to find recipes based on the ingredients they have, with secure authentication and real-time data synchronization features.Tétel Korlátozottan hozzáférhető A web application for trading used books based on JavaLu, Haoran; Vágner, Anikó; DE--Informatikai KarWith the development of society, creating a resource-saving society has become an important strategy for countries around the world. However, there are many wasted book resources on campus. Books are an indispensable part of the campus, and students can learn knowledge through them, but a large number of books are left unused at the end of each academic year, and the resources are seriously wasted. In this regard, it is important to establish a campus used book trading system and use used books rationally. This text introduces the technology used in the development of the campus used book trading systems and the implementation of functions.Tétel Korlátozottan hozzáférhető A Web-Based Car-Pooling Solution for Sustainable TravelHean, Chhinling; Youabd, Abderrahman; Tóth, Róbert; DE--Informatikai KarThe thesis introduces a web-based carpooling platform that uses innovative technology to make ride-sharing easier and more practical for everyday travel. It focuses on solving real-life transportation problems by offering a cheap and eco-friendly option for commuters, university students, and working people between the ages of 18 and 45. The motivation behind this study is to enable the real-time operation of complex neural networks in embedded systems, potentially reducing the cost of deep learning neural network deployment and expanding industrial applications. Results indicate that, for the specific models used in this experiment, NCS2 improves image recognition performance by approximately 500% and realtime object tracking by around 1500% to 1300%. These findings highlight the significant performance gains NCS2 offers in constrained hardware environments. This suggests its potential for real-time applications such as autonomous systems and smart surveillance. Future research could expand this approach to other low-power devices and refine the models for specific real-world applications.Tétel Korlátozottan hozzáférhető AI system for shopping (ecommerce app)Tanzeel Ur Rehman, Mohammad; Adamkó, Attila; DE--Informatikai KarThis Thesis is about web app development.
