Like any other business in the market, it is very important to always adjust and adapt to the dynamic environment of the market and always try different approaches to the customer’s needs. In this thesis, we will go through some implemented strategies to develop a website for the firm to connect customers and workers, and allowing workers to provide the best possible service. Developers should take the designing part very seriously and make sure the user can easily interact and engage with the content of the site.Creating a connection and linking the customers of the Women Salon with the latest Salon updates is our main goal, we also go through the process developing pre-booking system which allows them to skip the line and save time. This website helps customers to know the products the Salon using and, of course, there is always a contact form in the case that any customers have concerns or face issues or need. We will explain some of the important questions that come to mind when first devolving a website and which we are going to go through later is: Where should we put the useful information for the website visitors, what do they have to find?What information does the user expect to find about the business or product? What colors will give the product and business the picture they need? Are colors important? Should I avoid some colors? What is probably the most common tool visitors will use to access the web page? What sort of screen-size would be readable? o What kind of style should be simple to follow? We will try to answer all these questions depending on our website orientation to finally reach the best outcome possible.
