| dc.description.abstract | A tanulmány bemutatja, miként jelennek meg a zenehallgatás és zenefogyasztás gyakorlatai Az Én Ujságom c. gyermeklapban a 19–20. század fordulóján. A lap megjelenése egybeesett a hangrögzítés és -közvetítés technikai fejlődésével, amely a Telefonhírmondó, a fonográf, a gramofon és a rádió révén új, ismételhető, rugalmas egyúttal intim zenehallgatási élményt tett lehetővé. A gyermekek számára ebben az időszakban már nemcsak az élő hangversenyek, de a modern technikai eszközök is elérhetővé váltak. Ezt a folyamatot segítette a gyermekkor átértékelődése, a gyermekekhez való viszonyulás megváltozása, a gyermekkultúra, a gyermekekre szabott élettér és eszközök megjelenése. Az Én Ujságom évfolyamainak forráselemzése alapján a lap kiemelt figyelmet szentelt a hangversenyeknek, a zenehallgatásnak és a modern technikai eszközöknek, s fontos szerepet játszott a Telefonhírmondó gyermekhangverseny-sorozat elindításában. Az újság meséi és elbeszélései a technikai újításokat „csodatechnológiaként” jelenítették meg, míg a bemutatott zenei kínálat a városi polgárság zenei műveltségét és fogyasztási mintáit közvetítette a gyermekolvasók felé. | hu |
| dc.description.abstract | This study examines the emergence of music consumption practices in the children's magazine Az Én Ujságom (My Newspaper) at the turn of the 20th century. The magazine's publication coincided with technical advances in sound recording and transmission. Through the telephone news service, the phonograph, the gramophone, and the radio, a new, repeatable, and flexible — yet intimate — music-listening experience was made possible. During this period, children had access to live concerts and modern technical devices. This was aided by a re-evaluation of childhood and a change in attitudes towards children, resulting in the emergence of children's culture and of living spaces, devices, and experiences tailored to them. A source analysis of the magazines reveals that they paid special attention to concerts, music listening, and modern technical devices, playing an important role in launching the Telefonhírmondó children's concert series. The newspaper's stories and narratives presented technical innovations as 'miracle technologies', while the musical offerings conveyed the musical literacy and consumption patterns of the urban middle class to child readers. | en |
