Absztrakt

Bullying in schools is a phenomenon that shapes community dynamics in the world of learning and can have a powerful impact on participants' learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to explore the experiences, challenges, and opportunities for cooperation of kindergarten and school social workers in the field of bullying. The novelty of the research is that it examines the prevention and management of bullying from the perspective of kindergarten and school social workers. The fundamental questions are as follows: (1) What is the role of kindergarten and school social workers in institutions when dealing with bullying? (2) What specific strengths and obstacles do kindergarten and school social workers identify in cooperation with parents and other professionals in dealing with and preventing bullying? (3) What support do professionals need in order to effectively address and prevent this phenomenon? In order to answer these research questions, we conducted focus group interviews with kindergarten and school social workers in four groups as part of a qualitative study. The results show that effective management of bullying requires systemic support needs that affect all levels of Bronfenbrenner's ecological model.
