dc.description.abstractwe are comparing leadership with management and the differances between both. the leader,s skills are essintial to the project.usually the success of the project depend on the success of the leaders and his leadership skills. in my oppinion the leader is more important than the manager in project management.there are self managing teams that dont need a manager but they will allways need a leader from within.hu_HU
